Bob Warminger – Head of Care

Bob Warminger joined St John’s in 2023 and now leads the Care team as our Head of Care. With 15 years of experience in adult social care, Bob previously worked as a support worker and manager supporting adults with learning disabilities. His background also includes roles in retail, recruitment, and hospitality, giving him a broad and adaptable skill set. Bob is passionate about helping young people thrive and is known for his approachable, supportive leadership style. He values the strong, positive culture at St John’s and enjoys working closely with both staff and students. Outside of school, Bob enjoys fishing, cycling, hiking, and wild camping – and is known for his legendary “dad jokes.”

Frances Davy

Frances has been a dedicated member of the St John’s residential care team for over 30 years. Her extensive experience and deep understanding of the school’s evolving needs have made her a cornerstone of the care setting. Frances is known for her warm, humorous approach and her ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with students. She holds an NVQ Level 3 in Social Care and continues to develop her skills to meet the changing needs of the school community. Frances is passionate about helping young people become the best versions of themselves and takes pride in being part of a team that supports their growth and wellbeing.
